Seat belt stop leads to drug arrests

Officers discovered 3.6 pounds of marijuana in the vehicle being driven by Terrence Laplant , 22, of Danbury, when they stopped Laplant's car on Griswold Street after observing that his passenger, Julio Moctezuma , 20, also of Danbury, was not wearing his seat belt, police said.
