Connecticut university sounds 'all clear' after bomb threat

Four buildings were briefly evacuated at Western Connecticut State University in Danbury on Friday afternoon after an emailed bomb threat, and all were cleared after being checked by police bomb-sniffing dogs, officials said. "All buildings at both the Midtown and Westside campuses have returned to normal operation," the university said on its web site.
