Danbury adds buses to shorten rides

In an effort to reduce long school bus rides that emerged after the district implemented a redistricting plan and opened a new middle school, Danbury school officials are adding extra buses to make sure school children get to and from school faster. The district announced on Thursday that it was `making adjustments to a number of routes" and adding seven new buses.
