Ridgefield football team to join Sunday's domestic violence awareness walk

Orange will be the color of the day Sunday when 80 high school football players take part in the 8th Annual Safe Walk at Danbury Fair Mall. The walk to raise awareness about domestic violence, sponsored by The Women 's Center of Greater Danbury , will be joined by the entire team from Ridgefield High School , from freshman to varsity, as well as by the players' mothers.
