Danbury Police Arrest Man in Possession of Narcotics After First Attempt Leads to Wrong Man

After a case of mistaken identity, Danbury police have arrested the man believed to be the real Andrew "Moe" Parra on Thursday. According to police, members of the Special Investigation Division , attempted to arrest who they thought was Andrew "Moe" Parra, 24, of Waterbury for several outstanding arrest warrants on Jan. 20. Upon contact with that individual, the individual eluded police efforts.
