Danbury Teen Charged In Parking Lot Hit-And-Run In Fairfield

Fairfield police have made an arrest in a November hit-and-run that took place in the parking lot of Home Depot on Kings Highway Cutoff. Wilson Villavicencio, 19, of Danbury, has been charged with evading responsibility and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, police said.
