Artists Join 'Accessible Art' Exhibit In Danbury

Artists Elisabeth Levy of Bethel, John Longobricco of Danbury and Chris Plaisted of New Milford will join art students in the regional YMCA's ESCAPE to the Arts to reveal their "visual songs" as the seventh yearlong, multisite series "Accessible Art" continues. The exhibit will open Monday, June 15, and run through Thursday, Aug. 16. Sponsored by the Cultural Alliance of Western Connecticut, the exhibition is presented in both public and private venues, providing opportunities for artists to show work in alternative spaces and to make art more accessible to the general public.
