DANBURY A display of ice carving artistry by Ice Matters LLC will be on view on Library Plaza, 170 Main St., as part of the FirstNight Danbury program, Tuesday, Dec. 31, from 4 to 8 p.m. A national ice carving champion, owner Bill Covitz began his career as a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America.
