Mistrial sought in attempted robbery case

Claiming the prosecution withheld vital information about a key witness, the attorney defending a Danbury man accused in an abortive 2012 plot to rob a Brookfield drug dealer is asking a state Superior Court judge to dismiss all charges against his client.
