Murphy calls for more funds for homeless

Citing the death of a 43-year-old Danbury man who froze to death last month, U.S. Sen. Chris Murphy , D-Conn., on Tuesday urged Congress to provide an additional $300 million to get homeless people off the streets and into housing more quickly.
