Two hurt in Route 7 crash

At least two people were taken to Danbury Hospital as the result of a head-on collision Tuesday afternoon on Route 7. Danbury firefighters extricated both drivers from their vehicles after the crash, which occurred about 3:30 p.m. near the West Starrs Plain Road intersection, Deputy Fire Chief Steve Williams said.
