Danbury holds off Shelton in Class L qualifying round

It's a long way to a state championship when you need to win a qualifying game just to make it to the first round, but Danbury nonetheless did so, shutting out Shelton in the first half before going on to a 13-7 victory in the qualifying round of the Class L tournament.
