William FitzGerald, Longtime Manchester Probate Judge, Dies At 90

William FitzGerald, who was probate judge in Manchester for 20 years and served on the town's board of directors, died July 23. He was 90. FitzGerald enlisted in the military before finishing high school in his hometown of Danbury .
