Interstate 84 near the borders of Putnam, Westchester and Fairfield counties has reopened Tuesday after a serious accident that injured a Bridgeport, Conn., woman. The accident, which occurred on the westbound side at 11:26 a.m., was between Route 121 and I-684 in Brewster.
