Danbury youth face early-childhood challenges

As many Danbury families continue to face challenges in properly preparing their children for school, one community organization says creating a brighter future for the city's youth starts in the home. Danbury's Promise for Children Partnership released a report card this week highlighting the challenges facing the city's youth.
