TRENTON - A federal judge has ordered a delayed start for the prison sentence of a key witness in the corruption trial for Trenton Mayor Tony Mack after she was recently hospitalized and placed on life support. Mary Manfredo, 65, must now report to a Danbury, Connecticut prison camp on Dec. 3, instead of Nov. 11, according to an order by Judge Michael A. Shipp signed Monday.
