Police are offering a reward for anyone with information that leads to the apprehension of the person responsible for the hit-and-run death of Rachel Sack, a 23-year old woman who was struck and killed in Danbury on Friday. Sack was hit by a dark-colored SUV in the area of South Street and Great Pasture Road just after midnight.
