Reward offered in Danbury hit-and-run

Police say 23-year-old Rachel Sack, of Bethel, was struck and killed just after midnight on Saturday morning. Danbury police say a reward is being offered for the arrest and conviction of the person responsible in a fatal hit-and-run accident.
