Authorities have identified two people killed Friday in a two-car crash on Route 22 near about 1.5 miles north of the Westchester County line. Kathleen Bassick , 47, of Danbury, and Douglas Cable , 56, of Brewster, N.Y., were killed in the accident that occurred about 12:50 p.m. Friday.
