Authorities have identified two people killed Friday in a two-car crash on Route 22 near about 1.5 miles north of the Westchester County line. Kathleen Bassick, 47, of Danbury, and Douglas Cable, 56, of Brewster, N.Y., were killed in the accident that occurred about 12:50 p.m. Friday.
