The father of a 15-month-old boy who died because he was trapped in a hot car all day has been charged with criminally negligent homicide. The arrest Tuesday of Kyle Seitz on what is considered a minor homicide charge comes four months after a warm day in July, when the father forgot to drop off little Benjamin Seitz at day care and went to work in Danbury.
