Overflow Shelter In Danbury Seeks Male Volunteers To Help Overnight

With winter descending on the area, the Overflow Shelter at the First Congregational Church of Danbury is in urgent need of male volunteers at least 21 years old to stay with homeless guests from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. There will be training for new volunteers on Thursday, Dec. 4, at 7 p.m. in the church office, 164 Deer Hill Ave., Danbury.
