Kids swapped cans for gifts and goodies last weekend and collected dozens of canned goods to stock shelves of the food pantry in the process The Greater Danbury Irish Cultural Center, a local non-profit, used the holiday season to teach children about the power of giving. The center held a breakfast with Santa last weekend and encouraged children to bring canned food items to give to Santa so he could help those in need.
