Ridgefield dad charged in son's death returns to court Tuesday

The Ridgefield father who pleaded not guilty last month to criminally negligent homicide in the death of his toddler will appear Tuesday in state Superior Court in Danbury for the start of pretrial hearings. Kyle Seitz's lead attorney, John Gulash, said he hopes before the hearing to speak with the judge, who has not yet been assigned, and State's Attorney Stephen Sedensky.
