Waterbury Man Busted On Multiple Crack, Heroin Charges In Danbury

Bryan Montalvo was arrested while he was sitting in a car with a women known to engage in prostitution on Foster Street, police said. After retrieving the illegal drugs that were in plain view, officers found a compartment in the car that contained a large quantity of heroin and crack cocaine, police said.
