Officials with the Greater Danbury Chamber of Commerce have confirmed Gov. Dannel P. Malloy will be the keynote speaker during the annual Eggs and Issues breakfast next month. Malloy is likely making the stop in Danbury on March 24 to talk about his mammoth $100 billion transportation initiative unveiled Wednesday during his budget address.
