Two children were home as Danbury police searched an apartment on Park Avenue and found large quantities of heroin and cocaine in an investigation that led to the arrest of two people on drug and risk of injury to a child charges on Monday. Citizens complained to police that Terrence "Rachet" Walker, 35, of Danbury, was dealing illegal drugs throughout the city, sparking a police investigation a few weeks ago that led to his arrest after searching his car, police said.
