Jayson You, top, of Stadley Rough, Danbury, won the Western Connecticut Elementary League Championship title in the 2d and 3d grade #8 weight division with a victory over Brendan Mulvihill of the New Milford Wrestling Associate Saturday at the Danbury PAL Center.
