Sean Maloney , 29, of Hillside Avenue in New Fairfield, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol after Danbury police said he was involved in a two-car accident on Old Ridgebury Road at about 5:45 p.m. Police said an occupant in the second car suffered minor injuries.
