March 22 Jayme Lynn McGovern , 30, of 15 Cross St., Danbury, and Ralph Lance Pliego , 42, of 1 Broadview Lane, New Milford, were each arrested at the Sheraton Hotel, 100 Capital Boulevard, on a single count of second-degree breach of peace .
