DANBURY, Conn. -- Traffic on westbound I-84 was backed up near Exit 5 in Danbury because an overturned car was blocking two lanes late Thursday afternoon, the Connecticut Department of Transportation said The left and center lanes were closed at about 5:15 p.m. Thursday because of the accident, DOT said.
