Affidavit: Ex-cop punched, mocked, laughed at victim

Incensed by a suspected drunken driver another Danbury police officer had stopped on White Street last year, Officer Christopher Belair punched the man in the mouth then mocked and laughed at him, according to an arrest warrant affidavit filed against him.
