If you happen to be in a bar instead of in bed in the wee hours Sunday morning, the last call for alcohol will the first time the clock strikes 2 a.m. " hen Connecticut residents and businesses turn the clock back to 1:00 a.m., patrons and owners of cafes, bars and restaurants that sell liquor are not allowed a "do-over" of that last hour," read a department advisory released on Friday. "Because nothing good happens after 2 a.m.," says J.T. Wilson , manager of Widow Brown's Cafe in Danbury.
