The National Weather Service issued a "Hazardous Weather Outlook" this morning for all of Fairfield County and the northern part of New Haven County for the chance for stormy weather this afternoon and evening. "Severe thunderstorm development is possible this afternoon and evening as a cold front passes through the region.
