Fitch Rates Danbury, CT's GO Rfdg Bonds 'AAA'; Outlook Stable

Fitch Ratings assigns a rating of 'AAA' to the following City of Danbury, CT general obligation bonds: The bonds are scheduled to price via negotiation on April 22. Proceeds will be used to refund the city's outstanding series 2004 GO bonds for savings.
