Neighbors upset over proposed Danbury development

For decades, a 74-acre parcel of rolling woods and wetlands northwest of Danbury High School has been a source of consternation for neighbors who don't want to see it developed. Although a current plan to cluster 41 condominium-style homes on the southern end of the oblong property represents much less development than the 114 lots that were previously approved in the 1970s, neighbors remain alarmed about what will happen if this latest project is built.
