Police have identified a man and a woman who were killed in a head-on highway crash in Putnam County. New York state police say Friday's collision on Route 22 in Southeast killed 56-year-old Douglas Cable of Brewster, New York and 47-year-old Kathleen Bassick of Danbury, Connecticut.
