Western Connecticut State University in Danbury will hold a free tour of the university's new Visual and Performing Arts Center on Tuesday. Luigi Marcone, interim associate vice president for facilities, will lead the tour, intended to highlight the building's environmentally sound features which were honored with LEED Silver certification last year.
