The nanny accused of beating and burning the hands and leg of a 3-year-old girl she was baby-sitting in March has learned she's pregnant and wants to get out of jail to seek medical treatment, her attorney said this week. Lidia Quilligana, 31, of Danbury, is facing felony charges of first-degree assault and risk of injury to a child and a misdemeanor charge of third-degree criminal mischief.
