A city man was arrested Monday after police said they caught him with crack cocaine in the parking lot of Super 8 Motel , 3 Lake Ave. Extension. Officers saw Julio Irizarry , 43, of Lake Street, getting out of a car in the motel parking lot at about 10:30 a.m., according to the report.
