Sr. Wahl was born May 25, 1931, in Boston, Mass. After pronouncing her vows in 1953, she began teaching at Most Holy Name School in Pittsburgh, Pa., Catholic Schools in Brooklyn and Rochester, N.Y. and at St. Gregory the Great School in Danbury.
