DANBURY, Conn. Even as the government shutdown halted the transfer of female inmates from Danbury's Federal Correctional Institution to other prisons around the country, U.S. Sens. Richard Blumenthal and Chris Murphy continue to speak out against plans to relocate the prisoners.
