First Chick-Fil-A Opens For Business In Danbury Area

Fans of Chick-fil-A no longer have to drive to New Jersey to get their favorite meal: Connecticut's first stand-alone Chick-fil-A restaurant, and the first in the Danbury area, is throwing open its doors on Thursday, Oct. 9. The restaurant, at 156 Federal Road at the former site of a Burger King, has created 80 new jobs in the area. The first 100 customers, who began waiting in line Wednesday at the Brookfield location, will get free Chick-fil-A meals for a year.
