Motorists fuel up as prices plummet

At least one Danbury resident already has a plan for the money he's saving on gas as prices plummet throughout the state. Owen Fennessy , 53, usually fills his tank three times a week for the 80-mile trip from Danbury to see his mother in White Plains, N.Y. For Fennessy, the dropping gas prices have been a godsend and he's considering playing the lottery more with the money he's been saving.
