Matthew Branche, 59, of Carmel New York, was driving on East Hayestown Road in his 2011 Lexus Thursday night, Oct. 16, 2014, in Danbury, Conn. As Branche came to the intersection at Hayestown Road, he lost control of his car and drove through a fense straight into Candlewood Lake.
