"Nanny-cam" caught babysitter burning child, prosecutor says

A nanny who police say was caught on camera burning a 3-year-old girl's hands on a hot stove was ordered held on $1 million bail Monday in Danbury Superior Court . "I have seen the video and it is one of the most horrific things I have ever seen," said Senior State's Attorney Deborah Mabbett .
