Danbury Native to Compete in Athletic Event for Injured Soldiers

Sergeant Jodie Lemons, a Danbury native and army soldier will compete in the Army Trials that kick off March 29. She was a first responder during 9/11 with the Air Force firefighters and joined the Army in 2010. In March 2011, Lemons was injured during a training exercise and dislocated her knee.
