One of the last remaining tracts of undeveloped land in the region -- known locally as the Lee Farm property -- has been getting a lot of renewed interest in recent months. The property, which encompasses more than 330 acres on the city's west side off of Wooster Heights, was listed for sale with CBRE of Stamford.
