Alleged Drug Dealer Caught with Crack Cocaine, Heroin in Danbury: Cops

According to the paper, officers conducting surveillance in the area of Main Street and Elmwood Place witnessed a hand-to-hand drug transaction between Jerome Weathers, 43 and Patricia Gibson, 33 around 1 p.m. on Wednesday. He was charged with sale of illegal drugs, possession of controlled substances with intent to sell, distribution of controlled substances within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school and interfering with an officer.
