Newtown High School's girls' golf team improved to 11-0 with a win over Immaculate of Danbury, on May 18, and a victory over Masuk of Monroe, on May 20 - both at Rock Ridge Country Club. The NHS boys' golfers improved to 10-3 with a victory at Weston, on May 17, and a home triumph over Bunnell of Stratford, on May 20. Against Immaculate, the Newtown girls shot a 189 and Mustangs fired a 228.
